Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sharivo (“Service”), operated at sharivo.vercel.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account & Authentication

• You authenticate using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Spam or send unsolicited messages to any platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' data.
• Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected social media platform.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you compose and publish through the Service.
• You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it.
• By using the Service, you grant us a temporary license to transmit your content to your selected social platforms solely for the purpose of publishing it.
• We do not store your post content after it has been delivered to the selected platforms.

5. Platform Connections

The Service allows you to connect to third-party social media platforms (Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Pinterest). You are responsible for providing valid credentials and for complying with each platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions or content removal.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Sharivo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Data Retention

We store your personal data for a maximum of one (1) month after your last interaction. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, account access on third-party platforms, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharivo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international and local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established.
